Add years to your shingles without tearing them off
GoNano is a spray-applied treatment that restores the oils asphalt shingles lose to sun and cold. For a roof that's aging but still sound, it can add 10 to 15 years at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
When: Applied spring through fall in dry weather.
How long: Most homes are treated in one day.
Why it matters up here
Asphalt shingles dry out. They lose flexibility, fade, and start to crack at the edges, usually years before they actually fail. Many homeowners replace a roof that still had plenty of life left in it.
Straight talk: GoNano does not repair active leaks or damaged decking. If your roof has those, we'll quote the repair or replacement it actually needs.
How we do it
We inspect first. GoNano is only recommended when the roof is structurally sound, with no active leaks or failed decking.
The treatment is sprayed across the shingles, where it penetrates and replaces lost oils, restoring flexibility and color.
Most homes are treated in a single day, with no tear-off, no dumpster, and nothing sent to the landfill.

“Best price of 4 estimates”
Showed up on time, worked steadily, cleaned up when done. Best price of 4 estimates, best gutter guard I have seen. Work looks as expected, excellent job done, to spec. Would recommend you get a quote from Dan.

“Exactly what working with a contractor should look like”
The overall experience received from Dan and team is exactly what working with a contractor should look like. Prompt and always on-time, responsive and thoughtful with advisement on options, as well as going above and beyond to ensure the finished project would exceed expectations. Highly recommend a conversation with Leading Edge if you are looking for higher quality materials than others will offer, but at a price point that is more reasonable.

How does GoNano work?
It penetrates asphalt shingles and replaces the oils they lose to UV and weather, which restores flexibility and color and slows cracking.
How much life does it add?
Typically 10 to 15 years, depending on the roof's age, condition, and exposure.
Will it fix a leak?
No. GoNano is a preservation treatment, not a structural repair. We fix leaks and damaged areas first, or recommend replacement if the roof is past treating.
Is it safe for my yard and family?
Yes. It's a non-toxic, eco-friendly formula, and because there's no tear-off, there's no debris either.
How long does application take?
Most homes are treated in a single day.
